We Know Athletes. We know how they move. We know how they work. We know how they act and react and interact with the environment around them. We know how they think. We know how their bodies are built and how their muscles respond. We know how they’re wired, from the neurologic to the metabolic. We know what makes them run and what makes them run faster. We know what makes them strong and what makes them stronger. Q:  What is Athletic Republic?

A:  Athletic Republic is the industry leader in performance sports training, with programs appropriate for athletes of all ages.

Q:  What does Athletic Republic do?

A:  Athletic Republic gives athletes a competitive advantage by improving their speed, power and agility through our TEST-TEACH-TRAIN philosophy, solid science of our programs and advanced sports specific programming.

Q:  What is the TEST-TEACH-TRAIN philosophy?

A:  At Athletic Republic we believe the foundation of success comes through our TEST-TEACH-TRAIN approach to an athlete's development. We provide athletes with the answers on how they may become faster, quicker and a more intelligent competitor. We TEST all of our athletes to determine a performance baseline and identify areas where they may create separation amongst their peers. We TEACH athletes following the same methods used by many of today’s top professional and Olympic athletes to improve sport- and position-specific movement skills. Then we TRAIN with the most scientifically-proven programs available by utilizing our patented technology, individualized training protocols and video analysis programs in order to give every athlete the ultimate experience in performance sports training.

Q:  What makes Athletic Republic different?

A:  Athletic Republic is different for three reasons: nearly 20 years of ongoing scientific research to refine and validate performance sport training protocols ; the application of our proprietary equipment; and a commitment to advanced trainer certification and continuing education programs. To learn more about our approach to performance sports training visit Training Programs or our specialized training equipment visit the Proprietary Equipment section of the website

Q:  How do you do it?

A: We offer individualized training programs, delivered in small groups with a 5:1 athlete to trainer ratio, which follow scientifically-based protocols typically comprised of 22-26 sessions spread over six to eight weeks. We need that amount of time to ensure technique habits and that’s how long it takes for the body to get an optimal response to the training.

Q:  Will it work for me / my athlete?

A:  Our Acceleration Training has “worked” for over 680,000 athletes, from the peewees to the pros, novice to varsity, or recreational to the most serious of athletes.

Athletic Republic training programs have documented average performance improvements of 0.2 - .04 seconds in 40 yards which equates to 6’ - 10' of separation; 4” of vertical jump height; 5 mph in throwing velocity; and significant improvements in both running and skating efficiency. At Athletic Republic you walk in with legs and leave with wheels.

Q:  How much does it cost?

A: Developing scientifically valid training protocols and patented, proprietary equipment requires years of work and significant capital investment—you get what you pay for. Our hourly rate compares very well to other services like personal training or piano lessons.  We stress results and provide our athletes with the technology, training and expertise that have only been available for professional and Olympic athletes in the past. At Athletic Republic, we believe in results and providing them to you with a great deal of value.
