USA Hockey

Athletic Republic’s hockey partnership with the US National Team Development Program (NTDP) supports developing players with proprietary equipment and training programs designed to improve skating mechanics, efficiency and endurance.

The NTDP consists of two national teams, the U.S. National Under-18 Team and the U.S. National Under-17 team, both based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The program’s goal is to prepare student-athletes under the age of 18 for participation on U.S. National Teams and for future hockey careers.

The U.S. National Under-18 Team plays a 50-plus game schedule that includes the top competition from NCAA Division I and III conferences, opponents from the North American Hockey League and three International competitions. (see attached roster and schedule).

The U.S. National Under-17 Team plays an intense schedule featuring international competition as well as North American Hockey League games where teams vie for the Robertson Cup. (see attached roster and schedule).

“The U.S. National Team Development Program is a cutting-edge program that strives to make our American players the best on the World stage. The Athletic Republic Hockey Treadmill is the type of cutting-edge technology that helps our players continue their string of five consecutive medal performances at the Under-18 World Championships, and helps them to reach their personal goals for success in college and professional hockey.”
