Not ready to commit to Athletic Republic’s 6-8 week volleyball training program with 20-24 workout sessions? Then join us for a 3-hour hitter’s clinic that helps you develop your jumping and hitting mechanics.

These clinics are appropriate for volleyball players of all ages and ability levels and are designed to assess and improve each player’s hitting technique. The program focus varies from teaching base mechanics to 10-year-olds to complex attack sequences for college-bound athletes, and includes:

  • Dynamic warm-up
  • Introduction to agility training for improved movement skills
  • Athlete assessment of agility, stability, explosive power and impact velocity
  • Refinement of hitting mechanics through our 10-point approach, including the mechanics of your jump, hitting and blocking skills and landing mechanics
  • Dartfish video analysis of jumping and hitting mechanics for sideline review

These clinics provide an excellent start for players wanting to improve their jumping skills, increase their attack height, develop more consistency at impact, elevate their hitting velocity, and most importantly, reduce their risk for injury.
