Overview

Athletic Republic understands the physiological and movement skills demanded by your sport. And we embrace the opportunity to help you advance in your sport of choice. We've developed over 4,000 proprietary training protocols that cater specifically to each sport and to every athlete. So much so we have developed year-round programs for athletes of all ages and positions--running backs, forwards, pitchers, goalies--and seasons--pre-season, in-season, post-season and off-season training.

Average performance improvements athletes achieve through Athletic Republic training:

  • 0.2 - 0.4 seconds in 40 yards which equates to 6’ - 10' of separation;
  • 3 - 6” of vertical jump height;
  • 5 mph in throwing velocity;
  • significant improvements in both running and skating efficiency

At Athletic Republic we believe the foundation of success comes through our TEST -TEACH -TRAIN approach to an athlete's development.

Prior to starting a new training series, we test athletes to establish a performance baseline and to set individualized training programs to improve skills and help them achieve their goals

At the conclusion of a training series, we test athletes again to measure their performance improvements and track their progression.  Our athlete evaluation process synchronizes video with performance results, setting a new testing standard at events like the National Combine , which annually attracts the top 500 underclassman to high school football's All-American Bowl .

Our extensive database of test and performance information allows athletes to compare their scores on our standardized tests against their peers. Athletes are able to conduct search comparisons by geography, gender, age or sport to see where they rank.

We follow the same methods used by many of today’s top professional and Olympic athletes to teach sport- and position-specific movement skills.

We teach proper technique for improved efficiency, injury prevention, and to optimize each athlete’s skills.

Our 1:5 trainer-to-athlete ratio allows us to concentrate on each athlete’s needs and development progression.
