ATHLETIC REPUBLIC FRANCHISE TRAINING MODELS
Speed, agility, strength and stamina are developed based on protocols using movement drills and specialized training equipment in the training center. Each training model is constructed to serve specific sports and may be combined to expand a training center's services.
Training centers may select/combine any of these Training Models to balance daily center traffic, training session through-put and seasonal sports schedules. The operator will select the sports the center team will train and the combination of our specialized equipment and advanced training tools necessary to develop athletes with our training system.
The Multi-Sport training franchise features our Super Running Treadmills and Plyometric sessions. The training program develops speed, power and agility and is ideally suited for youth, teen and collegiate athletes looking for a competitive advantage. The majority of student-athletes we train with this system participate in football, baseball, softball, soccer, basketball, volleyball, lacrosse, swimming, softball and track & field.
The standard Hockey training format combines Speed, Strength and Skill development with our Hockey Treadmill, plyometric and specialized strength equipment. The model is most suitable for training hockey players and figure skaters as both individuals and teams. Hockey players may be trained with the Multi-Sport configuration, but would not benefit from the improved skating mechanics and efficiency the hockey treadmill delivers.
ENDURANCE SPORTS TRAINING
The Endurance Sports Training program is designed for the runner, swimmer, cyclist or triathlete who is looking to move better, stay healthier, become stronger and get faster. Developed in collaboration with six-time Hawaii Ironman Triathlon Champion, Mark Allen.
TRAINING clinic MARKET / MODEL
The Training Clinic is limited to the physical address of a Sports Medicine facility or Physical Therapy clinic. The format was created for the multi-unit clinic operator interested in delivering the ACL bridge program; using the proprietary equipment to improve and manage athlete rehabilitation and recovery; and expanding local out-reach efforts by offering ground-based and strength training at local schools and clubs.
