US Lacrosse is the national governing body of men's and women's lacrosse, which serves the youth game; develops, selects and manages Team USA, provides a leadership role in virtually every aspect of the game, and offers programs and services to inspire participation while protecting the integrity of the sport.

The US Lacrosse Headquarters is located in Sparks Maryland.  Home to the sport’s national governing body, the three story facility includes the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame and Museum and serves as the primary training center for Team USA. The complex features a men’s and women’s turf field, an intimate stadium with seating for 500 and an educational center.

MedStar Sports Medicine manages the sports medicine, physical therapy and Athletic Republic training center in the US Lacrosse building. Athletic Republic has worked with Trigger Point to develop a customized Mobility protocol matrix that allows trainers to select specific exercises that may be incorporated into an Acceleration or Endurance session or delivered as a separate 30-minute Mobility class. The objective is to help athletes be better prepared for the next workout, while properly target any of an athlete’s mobility constraints. We're looking to help each athlete improve their functional range of motion and ultimately, their athletic performance. The relationship with Trigger Point allows Athletic Republic to offer industry leading products for use in the center, along with an education and certification process for our trainers.  


Athletic Republic’s hockey partnership with the US National Team Development Program (NTDP) supports developing players with proprietary equipment and training programs designed to improve skating mechanics, efficiency and endurance.
