Proof Positive
Our Science + Our System + Our Trainers + Athlete’s Effort = Dramatic Athlete Improvement
SCIENTIFICALLY TESTED AND PROVEN RESULTS EVERY TIME.
The first time athletes walk through our doors, they experience something dramatically different. Athletic Republic is a science-based performance sports training movement with real, quantifiable results based on intensive one-on-one training, sport specific training programs and advanced, patented equipment designed to safely push athletes beyond their limits.
Average Performance Improvements through Athletic Republic training:
- 0.2 – 0.4 seconds in 40 yards which equals 6 – 10 feet of separation;
- 2 – 4 inches of vertical jump height;
- 5 - 8 inches in standing long jump distance;
- 5 mph in throwing velocity;
- 50% improvement in recovery ability;
- 20% gain in peak force and power;
- 33% increase in foot speed; and
- Significant improvements in both running and skating efficiency.
STUDY FINDS ATHLETIC REPUBLIC’S ACCELERATION TRAINING SUPERIOR TO TRADITIONAL GROUND-BASED TRAINING.
The Athletic Republic-trained college football players made significantly greater improvement than the age-matched group of college football players who trained using ground-based training. Key results are a 2.5 inch increase in vertical jump and 0.22 second improvement in 40-yard dash times.

This study was conducted by exercise science professor and college football coach, Pete Leno and the training staff at Dickinson State University in partnership with Athletic Republic to test the effectiveness of Athletic Republic’s Acceleration Training versus traditional ground-based training. Both groups completed the same 12 plyometric and 18 strength-training workouts per their assigned program. The only difference between the two programs was the use of Athletic Republic’s Super Running Treadmill and SprintCordsTM for the treadmill sprint start work.
