Speed, power, agility, and stamina are developed based on sport-specific protocols using movement drills and the specialized equipment in the training center. Our training programs are constructed to help each athlete achieve their goals.

Training centers may select / combine any or all of the Athletic Republic Training Programs to balance daily center traffic, training session through-put, and seasonal sports schedules. The operator will select the sports the center team will train and the combination of our specialized equipment and advanced training tools necessary to develop athletes with our training system.

Our legacy program, refined for the athlete who is dedicated to improving their speed, power, agility, and stamina to gain a competitive advantage. The Multi-Sport training programs feature our Super Running Treadmills for developing speed; Plyometrics for improving movement skills, foot speed, change in direction and stability; Strength work for explosive speed, injury prevention, and translating power; and sport-specific skills designed to help an athlete move better and more efficiently during competition.

The majority of student-athletes we train with this system participate in football, baseball, softball, soccer, basketball, volleyball, lacrosse, cross-country, swimming, tennis, wrestling, and track & field. Other sports are also supported by adapting
Acceleration Training protocols to the specific demands of the sport.


Our Hockey training programs have been constructed for individuals and teams for off-ice conditioning. Using a combination of cutting edge technology like our Hockey Treadmill, or utilizing hockey powercords to facilitate optimal nerve and muscular stimulus, our hockey athletes come away with significant improvements in skating efficiency, coupled with improved puck-handling and shooting movements. 

Players may be trained with the Multi-Sport configuration only, but will receive a greater benefit in their skating mechanics and efficiency if combined with the Hockey Treadmill.


The program is defined by speed, strength, and stability to help the runner, cyclist, and triathlete achieve their personal best and stay healthy as the training volume and intensity increases. The program begins with an athlete assessment to determine an athlete's strengths and opportunities for improvement, taking in consideration weekly workout volume, competitive goals, and overuse injuries. 

Recovery and mobility elements are also incorporated to help the athlete better prepare for their next work-out.


AR-FIT is a high-intensity, interval training program for the active adult who is committed to staying healthy and being better prepared to participate in their sport of choice. Structured as an hour-long work-out, AR-FIT combines a wide range of movement velocities with a variety of loads to safely expose muscles to a training program that will raise an athlete's fitness threshold.

Each small group work-out begins with a dynamic warm-up to elevate heart-rate, engage primary muscle groups, and introduce motion to challenge each athlete's movement mechanics. The interval training changes daily and each work-out concludes with a few minutes of mobility training that will initiate the recovery process and improve the range of motion.

The ACL Bridge Program 'bridges' the gap between the completion of Post-Op Physical Therapy and an athlete regaining functional independence required to return to sport.

The Concussion Recovery Program is for the Sports Trainer, Physical Therapist, and Medical professional interested in a disciplined and documented approach that monitors and measures an athlete's progress to safely return them to competition.
