Athletic Republic seamlessly combines sport and science to make athletes of all abilities faster, stronger, more agile, and more powerful. The success of our approach to athletic development is reinforced by the performance of our worldwide network of training centers. In more than 100 centers across the country and abroad, our patented machines and proprietary training programs have elevated thousands of competitors’ game-day or race-day performance and dramatically changed the landscape of sports training in this country.

Just as our athletes get results, we work hard to ensure the success of all the operators in our network. From the beginning, we draw on our experience to assist in delivering a unique and extraordinary training experience that helps both athletes and the franchisee training centers reach their full potential. From the second a recruited operator signs on, we work with them in all aspects of their game plan: site selection, facility configuration and branding, equipment selection, employee training, marketing, and more. On their center’s opening day, our operators are poised for success and get ongoing coaching to help make it happen.

Science-based training

Speed, power, agility, and stamina, as well as solid, sport-specific functional movement skills are developed using evidence-based protocols and the proprietary equipment in the training center. Our specialized training programs are constructed to help each athlete achieve their goals. Training centers may select / combine any or all of the Athletic Republic Training Programs to balance daily center traffic, training session throughput, and seasonal sports schedules. Our four primary programs include:

acceleration training

Our legacy program, refined for the athlete who is dedicated to improving their speed, power, agility, and stamina to gain a competitive advantage. The Multi-Sport training programs feature our Super Running Treadmills for developing speed; Plyometrics for improving movement skills, foot speed, change in direction and stability; Strength work for explosive speed, injury prevention, and translating power; and sport-specific skills designed to help an athlete move better and more efficiently during competition.

ar-fit

AR-FIT is a high-intensity, interval training program for the active adult who is committed to staying healthy and being better prepared to participate in their sport of choice. Structured as an hour-long work-out, AR-FIT combines a wide range of movement velocities with a variety of loads to safely expose muscles to a training program that will raise an athlete's fitness threshold.

Each small group work-out begins with a dynamic warm-up to elevate heart-rate, engage primary muscle groups, and introduce motion to challenge each athlete's movement mechanics. The interval training changes daily and each work-out concludes with a few minutes of mobility training that will initiate the recovery process and improve the range of motion. 


endurance training

The program is defined by speed, strength, and stability to help the runner, cyclist, and triathlete achieve their personal best and stay healthy as the training volume and intensity increases. The program begins with an athlete assessment to determine an athlete's strengths and opportunities for improvement, taking in consideration weekly workout volume, competitive goals, and overuse injuries. 

Recovery and mobility elements are also incorporated to help the athlete better prepare for their next work-out.

The ACL Bridge Program 'bridges' the gap between the completion of Post-Op Physical Therapy and an athlete regaining functional independence required to return to sport.

The Concussion Recovery Program is for the Sports Trainer, Physical Therapist, and Medical professional interested in a disciplined and documented approach that monitors and measures an athlete's progress to safely return them to competition.
