After more than a decade living and raising their family in Henderson, Jodi and Eric Gilliland saw a need for something more in local sports performance.

When their son suffered a knee injury in 2024, they experienced firsthand the challenge of bridging the gap between physical therapy and true return-to-play readiness.

That journey led them to Athletic Republic and sparked a mission to bring the same science-backed training that helped their son to other athletes in their community.

Jodi brings 20 years of leadership experience in education and nonprofits and is deeply active in local civic and youth development programs. Eric, a previous senior HR executive, contributes his strategic support and commitment to building strong culture and community ties.

They’ve built Athletic Republic Henderson as a place where athletes of all ages can train smarter, recover fully, and unlock their potential.
